| Incoming Quality Control | All incoming materials used for NC machining production should be inspected and marked before use, so as to receive inspection. Different measurement methods are used to check against the approved data. Once unqualified, the raw materials will be returned for further inspection. |
| Production Quality Control | We check in the process of NC machining and manufacturing. The frequency of inspection depends on the quality standards specified in the project. Record all manufacturing data for future reference. |
| Final Quality Control | All processed CNC parts are inspected according to our quality standards. Products are sampled according to AQL sampling rate before leaving our production plant and entering the warehouse. |
| Outgoing Quality Control | Our quality control team will randomly check any finished products in the warehouse before shipment. This last inspection ensures that zero defect goods are delivered to our customers. |
Packing&Shopping
